Welcome to Instep Podiatry & Footwear. Located in West Bridgford, we offer podiatry treatments and other therapies, in addition to a large range of ladies footwear. Established in 2006 and formally known as “Head 2 Toe Therapy Centre”, our Podiatry Clinic underwent a full refurbishment in November 2018 and reopened as Instep Podiatry & Footwear.

Owned and managed by Claire Whitney Podiatrist, Instep Podiatry & Footwear offers a complete podiatry service to help prevent and treat a range of conditions associated with feet and lower limbs. We provide these services in modern and comfortable treatment rooms, with a professional and friendly manner.

As part of the changes we have made to our clinic rooms, we now also stock a selection of comfortable ladies’ shoes from the following brands – Vionic Shoes, Legero Shoes and Padders shoes.

Our doors are open to all, young or old. There is no need for a GP referral, just give us a ring or pop in and make an appointment. We can also provide a range of additional services including Counselling, Psychotherapy, Acupuncture and access to a Chiropractor.
